The hotel was a perfect way to kick off our honeymoon with a nice location near the river walk, although the view from our room was just an alley. The service was welcoming with a text message upon arrival, including valet parking and happy hour. The dining experience was normal fare, but the hotel facilities were fantastic, making our stay enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while large, modern, and comfortable, lacked soundproofing on the doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival after an 8-hour drive to San Antonio, we were informed that our room had been changed to one with a view of the street and roof, accompanied by a dirty room and no hot water.
